From regional manufacturer to one of the international market leaders
We supplied the first brewery with SIGL products in 1988, and since then in only a few years, our customer base grew from regional breweries in north-west Germany to large breweries in over 47 countries all over the world. With a total of over 350 customers worldwide, SIGL is now one of the international market leaders in the field of shrink caps.
Our team based at company premises in Lohne (Oldenburg) is constantly working on new approaches, improvements to the existing product range and optimisations for our applicator & shrink-fit systems. So you can rest assured: With our proven solutions, your product will remain untouchable - until it reaches its target group and intended purpose. SIGL stands for the highest degree of safety against manipulation and tampering, for top quality. We have manufactured exclusively in Germany since 1988, under fair and sustainable conditions for both people and the environment. From design concept through to the finished product, everything comes from a single source. Development, design, mould building, production, shipping and administration are all under one roof at our business based in Lohne (Oldenburg). This means we can guarantee short service routes and the greatest sustainability possible.
All materials are completely recycled and we have a total of 5,500m2 of green roof on the roofs of our production halls. This is how we guarantee sustainability, environmental protection and are certified according to ISO 14001 for production of injection moulded components and plastic products.
100% recyclable
As a manufacturer of plastic caps, we can assure you that the materials used in our caps are 100% recyclable.
The unmixed polystyrene can be processed into re-granulate by mechanical shredding, and is fed back into the production cycle.
